Yahweh Van Ram is an official University Performer and Vocalist at the Royal Visit for King Charles and the Queen of England in 2025. This is the first Royal visit since three decades at North Yorkshire, Middlesbrough. Yahweh Van Ram also is featured across the United Kingdom in Frontline magazine series and their website for Physiotherapists, and is a Regional Representative for North East England which includes University of Sunderland, Northumbria University and Teesside University for the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (Students Network). Van Ram also produces Medical Informatics and Physiotherapy research for patient care, and is an Emergent Principal Researcher covid19 treatment; Hydroxy Chroloqine and Absorbic Acid for Oxidative Stress and usefulness in Pneumonia infected patients in 2019 conveyed through Global Ministries, published validity of Smartphone Medical Diagnostic Device to measure Oxygen Saturation during and after Covid19 pandemic according to ISO/FDA acceptable RMSD values in laboratory reports with human subjects. He leverage on national stimulus with the potential of more than 3.6 billion singaporean dollars across three trenches of government training stimulus for all registered training providers to enable funded training for courses in 2024, 2020 and 2016 since first introduced as the Master Educator and Assessor for SkillsFuture health and sports training. He led several other Supervisory and Managerial programme during the toughest moments in the lockdown including Synchronous and Asynchronous learning, tech-enabled activities and Assessments to up-skill companies and brand names, keeping them digitally-enabled while Work From Home (WFH) Order was mandated. Formulates groundbreaking solutions through research in Health, Learning Technologies and Human Performance since 2016. Abstract Summary

In the World Economic Forum 2017, Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies of Singapore, describes how reshaping education and to reverse the trend of over academisation would be viewed as an importance in the future of Singapore. He considers a flexible blend of academic and practical education that is relevant to opportunities for employment or entrepreneurship in the market. The Singapore’s SkillsFuture movement was highlighted in the Forum as seen in a video entitled ‘how can leaders ensure technological change is human-centred’. Implementing Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) resources in education is both technical and a learning design process for ICT leaders. The purpose of ICT in education is to transform the traditional practices and increase support for learning (Hew & Brush, 2007). There are several advantages of implementing ICT, according to OECD (2016) “diffusion and use of digital technologies increases, the cost of data collection, storage and processing continues to decline dramatically and computing power increases, governments, business and individuals are increasingly migrating their social and economic activities to the Internet.” However, there is little research to support how Adult Education Centres’, especially Skills based training may capitalise on this rising trend. Therefore, this paper recommends practices and support for learning to adopt by the Adult Education Centres involved in Singapore National SkillsFuture movement, to empower adult educators with the best practices in which ICT can be implemented in skills based training programmes so that interconnected process such as field knowledge, pedagogy and ICT can be used correctly (Mishra & Koehler, 2006). The methods discussed in this research paper includes; Barriers of Implementation, Meaningful Technology Integration, Technology Adaption Checklist and Activity System to establish ICT Instructional Leadership in Skills Training.

SOLO, SAMR AND ICAP INTEGRATED FOR ASSESSMENT

2. Applying the integrated framework to Google Classroom, Padlet and Edulastic Implications.

1. A combination of ways to use light authoring technology tools to enhance assessment in planning and organising courseware 2. Demonstrating how technology-facilitates feedback and technology generates feedback with the interactive learning environments (ILE) such as Google Classroom, Padlet and Edulastic would be useful to educators in the 21st century.

This study explores the potential of three interactive learning environments, such as Google Classroom, Padlet and Edulastic for Blended Learning and Technology-Enhanced Assessment by means of Technology generated feedback that enhances Online Formative Assessment for Adult Learners in a Skills-Future blended learning course and provides the opportunity for educators to plan and prepare their lessons in a similar way.

The guiding pedagogical frameworks used in this study is a mix of SOLO taxonomy, SAMR model and ICAP hypothesis to demonstrate the different ways in which light authoring technology tools found in the ILEs can be used to enhance assessments via Technology-facilitated feedback (TFF) and Technology-generated feedback (TGF) in a blended learning course. The ILEs was seamlessly integrated and students work, marked automatedly, feedback was also provided for learning, however such as in all classrooms the educator will need to be ready for possible user invitations and permissions to be given to students for registration and enrolment respectively in the various platforms before assessment commences.
